These Terms of Sale are an integral part of DrGloss's Terms of Use and serve as additional terms that all customers agree to when using our services. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking with DrGloss, whether online or by phone. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by these terms.

Packages

DrGloss offers various detailing options tailored to different vehicle types. Prices and package contents may be updated at our discretion, with any changes reflected on our website. All services are subject to availability, and details may vary.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment upon Completion: Bookings are charged upon the successful completion of the service requested.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
Declined Payments: If a card is declined, customers are responsible for resolving the payment within 48 hours. DrGloss reserves the right to initiate a collection process if payment is not settled within this period.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Personal Belongings: Customers are advised to remove all personal items, money, and valuables from their vehicles before the service. DrGloss assumes no liability for the loss or damage of personal property, including items within the vehicle, the vehicle itself, or any other location associated with the service.
Service Location: Ensure that your vehicle is in a lawful and safe area for the detailing service. Communicate any specific concerns or instructions to your detailing specialist.
Customer Responsibility: All vehicles are detailed at the owner’s risk. Vehicles must be in a condition that can withstand standard cleaning processes. DrGloss limits damage claims resulting from the detailing service to the cost of the service.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Any changes within the 48-hour period will incur a $40 fee to compensate our technicians. This fee applies to all standard-priced detailing services.

Satisfaction Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If there is clear evidence of incomplete work or unsatisfactory craftsmanship, DrGloss will redo the affected area at no additional charge. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of the service completion via phone, email, or text message, accompanied by photos of the affected areas.

Appointment Time

Our technicians aim to be punctual, but traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for all appointments. DrGloss will make every effort to notify you in the event of a delay.
